Confidentiality / Data Protection

Adhering to the Data Protection Act of 1998 and to ensure data confidentiality in line with national guidelines CMC uses a paper based data storage system.

All appointments and consultations are processed manually. Results and correspondence are carefully recorded onto a patient's file and stored in a secured filing cabinet thus ensuring highest quality of data storage.

All working members and staff of CMC abide by their legal duty of keeping all clinical information confidential.
