Complaints Procedure
It is our earnest effort to provide the best service possible to all our patients.
However, in any instance, if you are displeased with any of the services received, CMC has a complaints procedure in place.
As per the procedure, complaints should be sent in writing to the Manager's attention at the clinic address.
The receipt of the complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days. An investigation will be made and a meeting will thereafter be arranged to discuss the matter in the presence of all the concerned parties. It is always in the clinic's interest to try and resolve all grievances of our patients with utmost efficiency and professionalism.
